HIGHLIGHTS OF THE BOD MEETING

President's report welcomed new homeowners who
purchased 7940 Lando Avenue and 7559 Monticello Way.
Also welcomed new tenants who leased 7811 Lando Avenue.
 
BOD APPROVED resurfacing of tennis courts 1 & 2.

BOD APPROVED repair of trip hazards 338 cuts awarded to
Florida Sidewalk Solutions for mechanically shaving down uplifted areas.

BOD APPROVED replacement of 935 square feet of sidewalks
awarded to Driveway Maintenance due to roots uplifting sidewalks.
Safety & Security committee requested that the guardhouse give additional information to guests when supplying guest pass ie: Park on EVEN/ODD side of street, etc. FAILED.
Safety & Security requested traffic diverters on Avalon Pkwy
by hump-FAILED.

BOD APPROVED the purchase and installation of (8) new LED fixtures to be installed at the guest and resident parking lots.

BOD APPROVED Arts & Crafts Show on Nov. 8, 2020.

BOD APPROVED Removal of ripe coconuts and seeds from (89) coconut trees throughout the community.
 
BOD APPROVED Venetian Isles to hold (2) painting classes
at Avalon.

BOD APPROVED Venetian Isles residents to be a part of Avalon Estates Ceramics Classes.

BOD APPROVED Safety & Security incident interview questionnaire to be published on AE website. To be completed on a voluntary basis.
