WE HAVE MANY NEW RESIDENTS WHO MAY NOT BE CLEAR ON OUR R&R'S AND
MANY RESIDENTS THAT MAY NEED A REVIEW
REMINDER
RESIDENTS AND VISITORS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR PROPER ATTIRE WHEN VISITING THE CLUBHOUSE.
IF YOU ARE ENJOYING THE POOL AND
NEED TO COME INTO THE CLUBHOUSE,
PLEASE WEAR A COVER-UP OR TEE SHIRT AND SHOES.  
NO ONE IS PERMITTED TO ENTER WITH A WET BATHING SUIT
Most guests, family, and friends may not be aware
that there is an alternative entrance to our pool area
other than our main entrance
If you and yours are planning to visit the pool,
it is requested that you use the entrance on the side of the resident's parking lot by the Fitness Center.
 It is less trafficked than the main entrance and closer to the parking lot.

Highlights of the Board Meeting
HIGHLIGHTS OF BOD MEETING

President's Report
Allan Hartley, our Vice President, presided over the meeting last night. Joe and Barbara Lipsky joined their
family up North to celebrate Rosh Hashanah.
 
Reminder....Our Annual Members' Meeting will take place on Thursday, December 5, 2019, 7:00 PM.
 
Two (2) recent sales at Avalon-7947 Lando Avenue & 7581 Lockhart Way.
 
Short discussion on rebuilding of our walking path. The business office is soliciting several bids for 2020.
 
Future Comcast Agreement-Mike Ross announced that there will be a Town Hall Meeting, Thursday,
November 14, 2019 , 7:00 PM Ballroom.
 
AE COP BREAKFAST UNIT 46-$325.00 requested for this event which took place on 09.15.2019  PASSED
 
To employ IGUANABUSTERS for one (1) year to trap iguanas and raccoons for a total of $3,875.00  PASSED
