The purpose of our website is to provide Avalon information to our residents, enabling them to quickly, and easily find information about the community's meetings, events and activities. Additionally, it serves as a means of promoting our community to outside interested parties.

Our Community
Avalon Estates is a 24/7 gated, active 55+ community comprised of 365 homes built around six large lakes. It is one of the most desirable addresses in South Florida. The center piece of our community is an elaborate 18,000 square foot Clubhouse, the hub of our community life. Residents and their guests are able to enjoy a partially covered resort size swimming pool and a hot tub; play billiards on two fruitwood, 9 foot Vitale, regulation tables; participate in painting and glass art classes in the arts and crafts room; play mahjong, canasta, etc. in a large card room; play poker or cards in the Poker Room; relax and watch TV/Videos in the library; keep fit and exercise in a well-equipped gym; attend entertainment events and community meetings in a ballroom that can accommodate up to 400 people.
On the east side of the development is a comprehensive Sports Complex. At the north end there are 6 Har-Tru Tennis courts available day and evening, with a USTA professional on site six days a week. At the center of the complex are two Har-Tru Bocce courts. Opposite the Bocce courts are three shuffleboard/corn hole courts, and a golf putting green with a golf driving area. At the south end of the complex, there are two Pickle Ball courts, a half-court basketball court, and a playground for visiting children.
