Soft Opening of the Swimming Pool June 8th

THE SWIMMING POOL WILL BE OPEN ON MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY OF EACH WEEK UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.
 
Lap Swimming is two (2) sessions daily, for 25 minutes each session.
The first session is from 10:00 am to 10:25 am.
The second session is from 10:30 am to 10:55 am.
Each lap swimming session can accommodate only 2 people!
That means a total of 4 people per day.
 
Remember that on Monday, June 8, 2020 you can sign up for either the Wednesday, June 10th, or the Friday, June 12th pool times.
 
Pool Times are limited to four (4) time sessions daily, for 45 minutes each session.
Pool Times start at 11am, Noon, 1pm, and 2pm, starting at the top of the hour.
Each Time Slot can accommodate 20 individuals.
This provides access for 80 people each day.
 
Sign-up for Monday, June 8 will begin on Wednesday, June 3.
Sign-up for Wednesday, June 10 will begin on Friday, June 5.
Sign-up for Friday, June 12 will begin on Monday, June 8.

all equipment in the Fitness Center.
The pool and spa are being monitored for chemicals and cleaned several days a week.

We love our pets, BUT..., there are rules on where
they are to "do their business."
Recently many homeowners have installed RING,
and exterior cameras to deter intruders. RING and
those cameras are also displaying those residents walking
their pets allowing them to "do their business"
on their neighbor's property.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE RULES AVOID CONFRONTATION
AND A POSSIBLE  WRITTEN VIOLATION

If you are disabled and require assistance with your recyclable container(s)
and garbage container, please stop by the business office to
pick up forms from SWA (Solid Waste Authority). This form will be accompanied
by a form that your physician must complete on your behalf.
