Our Community Continued

Nestled at the core of our community lies a host of amenities designed for every pleasure imaginable. Rising from the center of Avalon is an elaborate 18,000 square foot Clubhouse. The Clubhouse is the hub of our community life. Lounge around a large; partially covered resort size, swimming pool or relax in our hot tub. Play the game of Kings, Pool, on two beautiful, fruitwood, 9 foot Vitale, regulation pool tables, in our recently renovated Billiard room.

On the East side of the development is a Sports Complex extending from the main entrance of the development to the southernmost boundary. The center of the complex contains two magnificently manicured Har-Tru Bocce courts; at the North end, you will find 6 Har-True Tennis courts available day and evening with a USTA pro on site six days a week. Opposite the Bocce courts are three shuffleboard courts, a golf putting green with a golf driving area. At the south end of the complex, you will find a tot lot for grandchildren, a half-court basketball court and two brand new Pickle Ball courts.
